We’re proud to introduce a new Contract Management module to help you manage contracts with more clarity, structure, and control. Contracts often sit across folders, inboxes, and systems, making it harder to see what exists, what’s changing, and what needs attention. This module brings everything into one place, so your team can work from a shared, reliable overview.
Cerivo Contract Management is a brand new, add-on module, which we are continuously updating to get the best user experience. If you are interested in hearing more, contact your Customer Success Manager!
What’s new
You can now create and manage contracts directly in Cerivo, including key details such as contract dates, responsible owners, and involved parties. Each contract provides a structured overview, making it easier to understand obligations and stay aligned across teams.
You can also add recurring and one-time contract payments, helping teams keep track of financial commitments, annual costs, and overall contract value in one place.
Contracts can include both internal and external parties, helping you clearly define ownership and relationships. You can also attach documents, link supporting material, and keep everything connected to the contract itself.
Tasks can be added directly to contracts, so follow-up actions don’t get lost. This helps teams move from tracking contracts to actively managing them.
Why it matters
Contract management is often more complex than it needs to be. When information is fragmented, teams spend time searching, following up, and double-checking instead of acting.
This module helps turn contract management into a clear, repeatable process. You can see what matters, stay ahead of key dates, and manage contracts with greater confidence.
It’s another step toward giving you a single, reliable place to manage your work and stay ready for what’s next.

That is right, you can now use Cerivo in Swedish (and soon in Norwegian) as well as Danish and English. We have translated the entire Cerivo platform and all content and frameworks in both languages to ensure a smooth user experience for all our customers in Scandinavia.
The language is set on account level, i.e. it can be set to Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or English for everyone in the account. In case you'd like to hear more about changing the account language, contact your CSM!
