How to login to my Cerivo account?

This article is a step by step guide to logging in to your Cerivo platform, with all possible setups you might have

Welcome to your new Cerivo platform!

In this article, we guide you through the login flows, depending on the set up you have in your platform.

To login to Cerivo, start by navigating to app.cerivo.com, inserting your email, and clicking Continue.

In case you have Google login, you can click to Login with Google. All SSO login methods will be recognised based on your email address, and you will be directed to your SSO provider login page.

Login

When logging in to your Cerivo account, you can follow this login flow to guide you through the steps. 

  1. Go to app.cerivo.com.
  2. In the login page, type your company email.
  3. Insert your password (same as you used previously in Wired Relations, ComplyCloud, or RISMA).
  4. Click Log in.
  5. You will see the dashboard page of the Cerivo platform.

Login with SSO

  1. Go to app.cerivo.com.
  2. In the login page, type your company email.
  3. Based on your SSO setup linked to your email, you will be redirected to the SSO provider log in page.
  4. Log in with your SSO provider details.
  5. Click Log in.
  6. You will see the dashboard page of the Cerivo platform.

Login with Google SSO

  1. Go to app.cerivo.com.
  2. In the login page, click the Google login button.
  3. Depending on your Google SSO setup and whether you are already logged in to your Google account, you will either be logged in or directed to the Google SSO login.
  4. Log in with your SSO provider details.
  5. Click Log in.
  6. You will see the dashboard page of the Cerivo platform.

Login with 2FA

  1. Go to app.cerivo.com.
  2. In the login page, type your company email.
  3. Insert your password (same as you used previously in Wired Relations, ComplyCloud, or RISMA).
  4. Click Log in.
  5. Enter the code from your authentication mobile app.
  6. Click Verify.
  7. You will see the dashboard page of the Cerivo platform.

Login with SSO & 2FA 

  1. Go to app.cerivo.com.
  2. In the login page, type your company email.
  3. Based on your SSO setup linked to your email, you will be redirected to the SSO provider log in page.
  4. Log in with your SSO provider details.
  5. Click Log in.
  6. Enter the code from your authentication mobile app.
  7. Click Verify.
  8. You will see the dashboard page of the Cerivo platform.

Login with multiple accounts 

  1. Go to app.cerivo.com.
  2. In the login page, type your company email.
  3. Choose Get a password / Forgot password.
  4. You will get an email to set your password. Follow the instructions.
  5. Insert your new password.
  6. Click Log in.
  7. Choose the account that you wish to log in to from the list of accounts. The selected account will be remembered with cookies next time you log in so you do not need to repeat this step every time you log in. 
  8. You will see the dashboard page of the Cerivo platform.
  9. To change the account, click the account name on the top menu bar (next to Documents and Tasks). Read more about Switching accounts in Cerivo.
  10. Choose the account from the list. You will not need to log in again when switching the account.

 

If you experience problems logging in, you can always request a new password by clicking Get a password / Forgot password. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. We recommend using a password generator for a randomly generated password.
